Meet Sarah

Hello, I am Sarah. I started working here in 2016 as an assistant and am now the office manager. I enjoy talking with the patients and seeing all the smiles that start and the beautiful finishes when they get their braces removed.

I have two amazing girls and two dogs that keep me going 24/7. When I am not at work, I am usually watching the kids play sports somewhere or driving them to all their activities. I enjoy spending time outside, traveling, watching sports, shopping, and being with family and friends.

Meet Melanie

My name is Melanie. I am the wife of Dr. Noyce and mom/bonus mom to our ten amazing children. I spent over 14 years serving Kansas City as a Police Sergeant. After a career-ending spinal injury, I have since become immersed in the world of orthodontics.

Although this is not something I ever expected to do with my life, I truly love being able to serve the community in a different capacity. It’s fulfilling to join my husband in helping others and to use our practice to give back to the community.

When I am not helping with the practice, I enjoy coaching and officiating wrestling, and you’ll occasionally catch me trying to keep up with Dr. Noyce at the CrossFit gym!

Hi, I’m Amber. I’m married to Dustin, and we have two black labs that are our fur babies! We love living in the country and enjoying the outdoors!

I’ve been in the dental field since 2008 and have loved being a part of the Noyce Orthodontics team since 2013. I’ve been through treatment a few times and love sharing my personal experience with patients! The best reward is seeing their beautiful smiles at the end of treatment!

I am Dixie, the New Patient Coordinator at Noyce Orthodontics. With a career spanning over 32 years in orthodontics, I have had the privilege of assisting countless patients on their journey towards beautiful, healthy smiles.

Beyond my professional life, I proudly identify as a farm wife of 43 years. As a mother of three children and grandmother to six precious grandchildren, family is at the core of everything I do.

My experience as both a parent and a grandparent allows me to empathize with our patients' concerns about orthodontic treatment for their children or themselves.

It brings me immense joy to guide new patients through their first steps toward transformative dental care, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.

HI! My name is Brenda Miljavac. I am married. I have three children, seven grandchildren, one Heavenly grandson, and one great-grandchild. They keep me very busy when I’m not working!

I enjoy spending my spare time with friends and family, and crafting. I have worked in dentistry for 32 years! I love seeing the newfound confidence of our patients after their braces are removed! I love our patients and my work family!

My name is Haley. I’m a wife, mom, and dental assistant at Noyce Orthodontics, and in my spare time, I enjoy finding treasures at the thrift store. I have worked in dentistry since 2015.

Since working for Dr. Noyce, he has helped me improve my smile and has supported me in furthering my education in orthodontics. The best part of working at Noyce Orthodontics is seeing the confidence our patients gain after they see their new, beautiful smile!

I am Melissa, an Orthodontic Assistant at Noyce Orthodontics.

With a passion for dental care and a dedication to helping patients achieve their perfect smiles, I started my journey in this field on August 5th, 2005. As a certified EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant), I bring expertise and knowledge to our team.

Beyond my professional life, I am proud to be the mother of two wonderful daughters and to embrace four amazing stepchildren through marriage.

When not working or spending time with loved ones, you can find me exploring new destinations, as travel has always been one of my greatest passions. Additionally, I am an avid football enthusiast, and I root for the Chiefs.

When not at work, I also enjoy hanging out with friends, cheering for our favorite team, the Chiefs, or trying out new restaurants in town.

I graduated from college in May of 2020 to pursue a career in orthodontics. I have been in the ortho field since. I'm very passionate about changing people's smiles and watching their confidence radiate!

I’m married, with a beautiful daughter. My husband and I like to spend time with our daughter and our animals and watch movies in our free time. Working at Noyce has impacted my life in so many ways—starting with the patients!

Outside of the office, Sami is happily married and a proud mom to two wonderful daughters. She also shares her home with two beloved dogs. In her free time, she loves reading a good book, baking sweet treats for her family, and spending quality time with the people she loves.

Hello! My name is Rubi. Most of you don’t see me because I’m usually downstairs in the lab making your retainers. I joined the Noyce team after graduating from my dental program in August 2022. I was offered the lab position and have been doing it ever since.

My favorite part about my job is being able to help with the final steps in braces and seeing all of our patients’ pretty smiles!
